Seeds in the Home Farm Herbery kitchen.
We delight in their nutty mild taste and pleasant aroma. Some folks call them Raw Sesame Seeds,
Natural Sesame Seed and Gingelly Seeds (which is what they are called India). The Sesame Seed is one of the oldest spices
and sources of culinary oil known to man.
Cuisine, top our fresh baked bagels and rolls, baking, bread, brownies, cookies,
vegetables, sauces, salad, chicken and broccoli. I personally love them on
freshly cooked asparagus whenever I can get them.We often substitute them for Poppy Seeds, Tahini Paste Kosher, Black Sesame
Seeds, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Sesame Seasoning, Za’atar, Shichimi Togarashi,
Pepitas Raw and Golden Flax Seed.1 oz. Sampler $3.75
